This is likely understandably a difficult discussion to have openly with anyone. I have a doctor's appointment in a few weeks in case my concern does not go away any time soon, but I could use some reassurance in the meantime if anyone has any to offer
Over the past week, I've noticed a difference when masturbating where I do not feel the pumping occurring after an orgasm, or perhaps one or two weak ones. Semen does still come out but I can't say for sure if it's any more or less than normal. As far as I know, no erection problems nor issues in ability to orgasm - but it sure doesn't feel as great when i reach this point
I'm not sure if a relevant detail as I could not find any connection to this anywhere else I searched online, but this first started a couple days after getting back from a week's vacation in Ireland (I live in Canada) and have been dealing with jet lag recovery during this time as well - often fatigued and falling asleep at random times. Is there any chance jet lag could factor into this?
This issue did not exist at all prior to my trip, I didn't masturbate at all during my trip, and after I got back the first time I did so, there still was no issue. The issue seemed to suddenly start the second time i masturbated after returning which was the following day, and every time thereafter (for about a week so far)
Until I have a chance to see my doctor in a few weeks (which I'm not looking forward to explaining, but I know I have to), can anyone offer any hope that this could be temporary? Or anything I can do for myself in the meantime that might help me?
Please do not provide worst case scenarios, I'll leave that to my doctor to provide if it comes to it - I'm just looking for some relief while I wait that might help my anxiety about this in the meantime
I'm a 36 year-old male - I know aging could be a factor but fairly sure it shouldn't happen quite yet
For anyone who read this, thanks for taking the time
