Helloo Ladies
Anyone of u feel alot of weakness during peri?
i am experiencing alot theses days
Always feel tired .Not want to do anything ..after 7 to 8 hr sleep i feel soo much fatigue in day time.
How u handle Weakness ? Any food that help to ease it ? Plzz Suggest ..Thanks

Yep, total overwhelming exhaustion. I had that for some time. But it will pass. Mine did.

Vitamin B12 seems to help a lot of the ladies on here. I take it. It doesn't give me the energy of a teenager but it helps.

I take vitB complex, evening primrose oil and menopause supplement, also going to try vitD 😃

Yes...it's tough.. sometimes I feel like staying in bed longer than I should. If I need extra rest, I go for it. But also try to get to an exercise class or a walk, I do take many vitamins--Vit D, calcium, mag, fish oil, coq10 and then a multi with B in it. I do find when I eat better, I feel better.

Also--- you might want to look into ginseng . A woman in my class told me that she takes it which I never tried.
