week 15 for daughter.

this week has been a little better, thank goodness. no drama, but still picking up the pieces from last week emotional upsets.
her job is safe, so thats one hurdle gone. the not sleeping is still an issue, but every now and again she gets a good sleep.
we went to a big shopping centre yesterday, and i was so proud, she coped fab in the shops, its only 13 weeks ago she had a panic in debenhams when 1 person was at the till, we had to leave without buying anything. i like to remind her of these improvements so she can see how far she has come.
she has altered in the fact, she likes routine now, she likes to be at home, its her safe place. i would say from day 9 when i first noticed a little change on the meds, she has blossomed each week, some days were a nightmare in parts until she got home and curled up under her blanket, but she coped, and now 15 weeks in, she seems to be in a happy place once more. i usually say, keep smiling at the end of my posts, but today, im smiling too, and hoping for a peaceful week. xx

im so glad your doing well, it took its time getting here, and was a long journey, but you made it, well done.
daughter is doing good, still not sleeping, still hot sweats in the night, any emotional upsets become "drama", and take a few days to get over, she is loving her new car, but even though her job isĀ safe, she feels she wants to move on.
she is week 19 on monday, im guessing soon the gp will say to come off them soon,as she is back to " normal" in herself.
keep smiling vix,

Dont be in a hurry for her to come off them. I had 4-5 months on different ad 18 months ago and felt so good came off them but six months later hit a low again worse than before my dr says stay on them min 6 months after you feel fully well oe chances od relapse are quite high and this time im going to listen to her!!!
Im gonna take a mini for test drive next week but I've kinda fallen in live with a kia soul which my hubby saya ia pig ugly but im really taken with it no idea why- does look a bit funky! Haha great drive tho so I need to let him test drive too.
Keep smiling both of you.
