I dont know about you but come the weekend I really struggle food wise. I  know it should n't make a difference, but come the weekend i crave for gin, cake and crappie food to be honest.

The only thing that is keeping me from eating the crap is the fear off an accident redface. I did jacket spuds with our dinner today and out habit I very nearly but  butter on mine!! omg the consquences would have been horrid.

Evenings and weekends are difficault :-)

I often nearly have slip ups, but as you say the consiquences would be horrid to say the least!

I was out to dinner last night and again tonight, had Chicken Ticka and salad, it was sooo dry I could hardly swallow it! I found myfelf putting a bit popadom in my mouth, but I am far to lady like to spit it out! lol

Tonight they want to go to Pizza Hut, there is a salad bar there, fortunately I like salad, but gosh the cheese is going to be tempting, its my downfall!

Hi It is the fat you have to be careful of when on the blue bullets, I have  weetabix or porridge mixed with a fat free muller yogurt left over night.

So if you have checked the fat and sugars out pick the better one and have with skimed or semi skimmed milk xx

I think if you plan your meals ahead of time (I use myfitnesspal)  you won't wander as much because you already know what you're going to have smile

I have the same problems sometimes!

I can usually satisfy a craving with either baked walkers (better fat wise than weight watchers equivalent!)  or if I need something sweet weight watchers caramel cake bars are amazing!

Both are well within the fat intake allowance and very tasty!

Its horrid, im doing sugar free jelly, well i have something in common with it!! wibbly wobbly lol xx I have the Slimming World Hifi, but trying to steer clear as I have biscuit syndrome, cant stop til they have gone!! I fell upon some crisps called pop's had a the prawn cocktail they were lush for a baked crisp.  But you know some days you just cannot satisfy your carving.  xx

Thankfully for me the fear of a bum-splosion has kept me from going crazy! I save myself for my weekly treat which is a double chicken breast pitta from nandos but no sides or mayo, so if I have a bad day then I'll just use it as a 'treat' day and skip the nandos.
