The second photo does not show anything in particular - the first would probably be put down to skin imperfections, this may or may not be related to the amount and type of sexual activity you have engaged in.
They would not seem to be the presentation of a typical STD / STI but the only way to be sure if you are sexually active is to get tested ....

... for most men - particularly under the age of about 32, most lumps, bumps and spots that appear on the penis are things that are naturally present on the penis, or can be put down to skin imperfections that develop.
As I say, if you have taken risks with sexual practices only way to achieve peace of mind is to get tested .....
