Weird Pattern and redness near the edge of the glans, no pain, no itch, no sex for 8-10 months

Hello,

I recently found a weird patch with weird patterns on my penis head.

It started as some redness/purpleness at the base and a few days later I ended up with those weird circular white patterns. The skin bellow those patterns seems smoother compared to the rested, especially during erection (the pattern become very hard to see in erection). Some narrow part at the base even has a brownish tint now, as you can see on the pictures. I want to say that it's not spreading, but I'm not sure, it could be that it's very slow, it's been almost two weeks now and the pattern seems to change (but not sure)

Some more info:

  • I'm 29yo and in good health, rarely eating sweet things, limiting carbs to <200g a day
  • I'm uncircumcised
  • This is not painful nor itchy
  • It doesn't seem to come with a bad smell, nor is it "wetter" than the rest, altho the skin looks a bit shinier underneath
  • I haven't seen such a pattern somewhere else on my body
  • I haven't had direct sexual contact for more than 8 months
  • I did have some red patch that appeared more than a month back that grew and moved around, some Lomexin fixed it in a matter of days.
  • I tried Lomexin on this but to no avail, although I realised a few days ago that my Lomexin was expired since 2020(I know lol)
  • I wash my penis very well every day, and since this started I use a neutral PH, no sulfate, no soap, Dove Shower Gel and try to dry it all very well
  • I'm currently applying some (brand new) Monazol every night, it's been 2 days, I'm not sure I can see any change
  • These days I'm trying to wear cotton underwear, but this is for another external dryness/discoloration issue that I'll mention in another topic and maybe add a link here later

I've looked around and this kinda looks like some light Annular Lichen Planus but other than that I have no idea.

If you have any advice, they're welcome ! I plan on seeing a urologist and probably a dermatologist very soon

    Did you get test for STIs/STDs?

      Nope, but I'm going to request some general + sti/std blood work from my general practitioner tomorrow. My ex did frequent tests and had nothing, but even then, my penis didn't touch a girl for more than 8 month (sigh) so that late would be odd

      Yes, no symptoms for 8 months is rarest thing. Lets get it tested and i would suggest apply coconut oil meanwhile.

      Tests are done, results on the way, I actually just started applying coconut oil recently for some general dryness down there so, we shall see

      Nope, it's not getting any better. All tests came back negative, and I've done all that I could do I believe
