Weird rash

I have this weird rash that I have had for months right on the inner side of my legs near the genitalia I have 2 pictures one from Dec. 4th 2017, and the other from Jan. 10th 2018. I have non of my genitals in either of the pictures.

    The one on the left is the earlier one, the one on the right is the later one.

    possibly a mild case of psoriasis as this is a symptom of the condition. it will be very tender to the touch, but to aid healing you'll need to keep the area clean, remove any dead cells about every day or 2 and apply a moisturiser. should this not work, you could try a stronger cream such as hydro-cortisone 1% and apply as per the instructions
