Hello. I noticed around November that I had a red patch on foot. It's in the location of the bone on the foot on the left side. I just attributed it to something minor, but it hasn't went away. It's extremely dry also. What could it be?

Could be athlete's foot. It is described as a scaly rash that usually causes itching, stinging and burning on the soles or the side of the foot. Peeling skin and blisters sometimes can appear. A topical antifungal cream like Fugacil can help clear it up in a few days.
