Weird sensation in head

so for the past 5 month i have been having this super weird sensation in my head behind my eyes area. its super weird. its like a choc wave type sensation sorry really hard to explain. It dose not hurt its just super annoying. it also comes with pressure some time when shaking head and a little bit of a stiff neck. it only happens when i start to walk. it always does it when im in shoes. When i dont walk i feel it a lot less. Sometime i also feel a weird vibration sensation behind my eyes when i sit. when i run or do something that makes me spend energie it goes away. when i am walking i have a relief when i move my jaw or when i block my ears drums with my fingers. It such a weird relief and i dint understand how it works. does someone know what causes this or someone that has this? It would be greatly appreciated.

ps: i had a ct scan and the results came clear
