Basically I didn't sleep for several days, and feared that I never would again. So, I had worked myself into insane anxiety. I don't really recall if I was eating enough, but I'd try to eat something a few times a day. I had really lost my appetite due to the anxiety.
But anyway, during this high stress time, I would develop extremely strong hunger pangs. They would go away when I'd eat something, then come back a few hours later. Again, I'm not sure if, overall, I was starving myself or not, because I was focusing on the Anxiety.
Anyway, fast forward a few days with the anxiety died down, Now, my stomach will be OK for a while. Then, whenever I eat something, I'll be burping every few minutes, and will develop what I can only describe as a gas bubble that I can feel working its way through my intestines. I'll feel unusually full and bloated during this time. Until I can start passing the gas, which can take a while.
Did I give myself an ulcer? Did I destroy all my good bacteria and need a probiotic?

I would do some research on the symptoms you're having if I were you. Not knowing is what's causing your anxiety. You can take it from there. Let us know !
