Weird white bumps on vulva please help

i started getting an itchy sensation on my labia and vulva and started noticing the area was pretty red within about 2 days these little white bumps started forming and then some bigger ones too. i did have some thick white discharge for the first few days too but i decided to use boric acid suppository and its gone back to normal. no more itching now but the bumps are still there and something just seems off/wrong. can someone please help me im starting to get really worried. image
