What are these bumps

So I just noticed these bumps down below yesterday and I'm freaking out about what it could be. Does anyone on here know/have experienced this before.

It overall feels kinda flat...I don't think its open. Aside from that I don't really feel anything from it unless I touch/agitate that area then it just itches briefly and goes away. For the most part it's just there.

i would keep an eye on them and go to the doctor to get tested just in case

I for sure am, already setup an appointment to get checked out and tested. But still any possible ideas on what this might be? Hopefully something not herpes

might just be irritation, is the area to the right a blister?
