i thought these might be ingrown hairs. But i have had them before and they went away pretty fast. these have been here two weeks and they itch and hurt when my clothes touch them.

folliculitis, for sure, can tell with the texture of the bumps. you need to lay off the shaving, use hydrocostisone cream on the skin for a week or so.
