What are these plaque like formations under my vaginal opening?

hey so I've been observing these weird plaque like formations near my entrance for maybe a year or so now. they've never hurt, stung, or blistered but they sort of look like scabs? i know i have issues down there because my gyno said i was wiping too vigorously and there were some lacerations but they don't look like cuts. does anyone else have this?

Looks like HPV warts (Condyloma acuminita ), better go to your gynecologist for a screening .

I agree it looks like warts, have them tested .

I'm going to get tested and hope for the best...this will be devastating if true. I sent pics earlier this year to my doctor and they said it looked like dermatitis and nothing to worry about so I thought nothing of it since.

Do you have the pics you sent them to compare if they have grown in size ? Dermatitis doesnt look like that to me and not in that area. How long ago was it when you first noticed them ?

I actually don't know when I first noticed them. I do know I haven't had any new partners in the time since my last pap that I've had sex with unprotected and hpv wasn't showing up then. I sent pics earlier this year when I had a yeast infection. No, they don't seem to have grown.

These are very likely to be genital warts, you should get tested for HPV.
