    Hi Chris,

    These are just coronal papillae (aka corona papillaris penis). Nothing to worry about. All men have them to varying degrees. No treatment needed.

    Chris, if you're confused by the two responses as to whether the lesions are Fordyce spots or coronal papillae, then Google with these two terms and click on the associated images.

    Fordyce spots are basically prominent sebaceous glands. These aren't.

    They're coronal papillae...trust me, I'm a doctor!
