I had small thing many months ago and I went gynos many times but they didn't say anything about it and just give yeast treatment and I was ok. Any of doctors didn't mention or see this. it was so small and ı found out it became bigger last week . what are these ! I'm so scared are these warts? I'm so stressful because of these image

From what I can tell, this is just normal texturing of the vagina. I wouldnt worry too much but you can always make an appointment to put your mind more at ease.
