    How long have they been there? Do you have any other discoloration any where else on your foreskin or the head / glans of your penis?

      They appear to me 2 months ago and some white dots are also there at the bottom of glan.

      And they don't itch or pain, they are just there.

    Have you had this checked by a Medical Professional - you may best benefit from a visit to a Dermatologist ....
