I can't actually see any pics at those links, but even without a pic, my guess would be that they're pearly penile papules.  They're fairly common, and don't cause a problem.

If you want to try uploading the pics directly, this should help:

Those aren't pearly penile papules, and I'm not sure what else they might be.  They're probably nothing serious, but I'd get them checked out if I were you.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.  There are GUM clinics for unders 25s in many places.  They're not allowed to tell your parents you've been, and you don't even need to use your real name.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

hi, they look like Fordyce spots, my son has them and im on here looking for more advice. my son is really depressed about them, he went to the doc about them and he wrote to a dermatologist who said they won't help because its 'cosmetic' and would have to pay for treatment, which is usually laser treatment. the good news is they are not a problem they are not sti's and ar really common and women get them aswell. just do a quick google and it will tell you what they are. they are also not pearly penile papules.
