What could it be?

i apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post, i just want some input on whats going on

i had strange symptoms in july that lasted for almost two months like an ulcer that took two weeks to heal, papercuts that bled when itched and weird raw areas of skin that were itchy

i did two swab tests and both came out negative

then i developed a horrible fish smell

i tested positive for gardenella vaginalis (bv) and did a treatment my doc prescribed for a month

the smell and itching went away

but now the smell back and i have these weird things

i noticed the one big pimple and tried to squeeze it and then shaved to see whats going on down there again

could it be the bv that came back or should i get bloodwork done? stressing

thank you taking the time to read

this is just skin irritations. infections can recur, be sure to finish your meds completely even if it looks like its gone.

the pimples /spots looks like its caused my hair regrowing from shaving so looks like infected follicles and the skins dried out a bit
