so i've asked before but in last two days this bump i cant identify as anything particular has slightly changed its appearance. Any idea what this could be? i cant go see a doctor cause im on home isolation with one of my family members diagnosed with corona. It doesnt cause too much irritation it only stings when i touch it or when farbic rubs on it, its about 4th day that i have it

It could be HSV, but no one can tell you for sure without physical examination and a swab.
