what could this be??

hey i have a few symptoms that dont make sense like body aches( mostly in back and legs) but that could just be cuz ive been sleeping weird, i had pain swallowing a few days ago with pain in one side of my throat but its gone now, and i have some circular what look like ingrowns? i dont know they look like they have a hair and they do but also they take long to heal I might just be paranoid and now i noticed this.. please help if u have any guesses im really scared and freaked out and also check my past post because they were pretty recent. am i just paranoid?? (oh btw i went to a gyno recently and got blood tested and everything was fine. she said foliculitis if anything image
