I have these lesions on my genital are one also below the head of my penis. A couple starting between my buttcheeks.
Doctors dont seem to think it's herpies based on the look (ive never had it before) and theyre not burning, sometimes they itch a bit, my lymph nodes in pelvis are very swollen. My partner has no symptoms. Did test for clymidia and syphilis. Said they couldn't test for herpies because the cuts have no puss. I'm currently putting polysporn on them and taking herpies meds but no change after 2 days. 2 more have shown up.
Doctors im seeing havent seen anything like this before.

Are they fluid-filled, hard and shiny, or fleshy? I'm sure they can swab, if you are willing to let them scrape one of the bumps.

I linked a photo above just take the space out. The poked it with a needle and it was only blood that came out . Said they couldn't use that. I have had athletes foot for some time now and am wondering if it's ringworm or something on my groin. I started putting my athletes foot creme on them last night and I'm noticing a big size difference .

I had a look at the pics. They look sore! Do they hurt to touch? Obviously they have already formed sores, so there's nothing contained in them anymore. How did they start off, before they became open/pitted lesions? The ones in your pubic hair almost look like bad folliculitus from shaving, but then you have them on your shaft as well... Not sure that ringworm or anything fungal would look like that, by the way.
I am surprised the clinic refused to swab test your sores. What a wasted opportunity! I mean, the sores are open and look wet inside. I would find a different clinic and get them to swab and test it for herpes asap. It's the only way to know for sure. If they have been there a few days already, find a clinic that can do a pcr swab. That is more accurate for older lesions. The sores look suspect, but other things can produce the same.

I did get my pee test back and I tested positive for clymidia. It is possible to get lesions from clymidia but I'm not sure, maybe I have multiple STIs

Chlamydia shouldn't cause lesions, as far as I know.
