What happened to my penis? What should I do?

Today when uncovering the glans of my penis, I saw this... A small part of my foreskin is glued to my glans ( which doesn't allow me to uncover my whole penis, it looks just like it is under the "shell" of my glans) and the top of my glans is red? what the hell is this? What should I do?image

If you're referring to the thin bit at the top of the photo, that's the frenelum. It's a normal part of penis.

However it doesn't stop the foreskin from retracting.

If the redness isn't normal for you, then it maybe a balanitis-like infection that is easily treated with anti fungal ointments.

    DM if you prefer,

Thanks, but what should I do with the foreskin "line" sticking to the glans?

Normal advice is nothing as it's normal. But it can be cut loose (frenelumony) if it really bugs you.

Its not normal, it's a line sticking to the top of my glans, the foreskin part is red and i can't pull my foreskin fully because of the pain and the fact that it may break the line of skin.

So are you saying that you have a second attachment between the glans and the foreskin? Cause it doesn't show in your photo. But that could be the angle it was taken.
