What is a secondary breakout?

Am I contagious is I just have itching and bumps, no open sores?

    Its been 2 months for me now too, no major visual sores and blister. just some times some small white spots and that too goes away. I am just majorly  having itching not sure if this is kinda outbreak or when its goind to end sad
