What is abnormal final??

Just had a herpes test done for the second time my index was 5.0. Which I herd is considered positive. My status on the paper work says abnormal final. What does that mean?

      Abnormal means positive. 

      Final is related to laboratory work means that the results are finalized. 

      First it was processed then pending then final. It is not important for you. 

      The important is that it is positive.
