What is going on? 7 weeks of sertraline, today ivectaken a dip, im scared

Hi all, oys me again, ive been on sertraline for 7 weeks now, been feeling realky good and 95% back to normal. Im not sure if any of you saw my post yesterday? But I couldnt remember if I took my 50mg dose of AD, anyway my doc adviswd mw just to wait and taje the next dose, and I did definitely.

Earlier this evening about an hoir ago o felt really low eveeyone was sleepingband I got really board and felt low. I then had a panick attack full blown !

I wwnt out for a long qalk with my son who is 16.

Im back now feel okish still anxiois and really sicky.

Am I going back to being a wreck again pr is it because I may havw missed ny dose yesterday?

Im really worried, I really dont want to go back to how I was , plz somone helps with advice .

    Sorry about all the spelling mistakes by the way. I have a new phone and not used to it yet.

    I very much doubt missing one would bring this on. I think that subconsciously you may have been over thinking this and brought a panic attack on. It's strange what our body and mind can do.you sound like you are on the road to recovery and I would just carry on with your tablets and you will be fine. Hope 2016 is a good year for you xx

      Yes, iut can happen on AD's.I'd suggest carryong on for few more weeks and see if restores itself. If not could always move on to a different one
