I noticed this red painful bump on my labia 2 days ago and in one day, it turned from a red swollen line to a white and black spot. I don't know what this is, I am scared. It doesn't itch! It just hurts to the touch. Could it be an ingrown hair, or a cut from shaving? Or is it a type of herpes? please help

the 24 hr turn around is quite odd. the vagina is a "wet" area so saturation is expected. i would say this is some sort of infection.. however, I would strongly recommend getting it checked out before making a solid confirmation
