I shave so sometimes i get ingrown hairs or bumps down there so this isnt that unusual, but i had unprotected sex a few weeks ago and im getting paranoid. And also theres something kinda swollen around my anus which ive never had before . Someone please help me?!

ive started running and stuff so maybe thats why. Theres a lot of stuff that could be contributing Im just really trying to make sure its nothing serious.

Looks more like heat rash/shaving bumps to me. I totally understand the paranoia.
