What is this? I'll get it checked out but I need to know now as I'm panicking

So the guy I've liked for 7 years came over the other day and we had sex, I asked him to use a condom and he said he got checked. I'm such an idiot for letting him continue but I've liked him since I was 11 and now I'm 18 and he's 22. Anyways that's not important. I don't know if this is an inflamed cut from rough shaving or if it's an Sti which it could be. It's pretty sore and when it comes in contact with urine it hurts. It seems to have a small cut and some blood spots, discolorationimage.

    It does look concerning but we shouldn't jump to conclusions until you've seen your doctor. What are your symptoms?

    looks of things can look like herpes an it turn out not to be have a test done could just be from shaving
