What is this? I'm worried I'm scared to go to doctor

    Yes, I do see a swelling - this could be related to your masturbation or sexual practices - such as rough sex or using a great deal of pressure on the head of your penis when masturbating with the other possibility being using of penis enlargement practices.

    Or, simply, an infection has developed under the immediate levels of skin. Often simply abstaining from the things I have suggested for long enough will enable healing to take place - unfortunately this can take anywhere between 3 weeks and 3 months, or even longer as long as it is not further irritated.

    If it does not heal you may actually need the correct medication to sort this ....
