I've had this for quite sometime now and my fiancé spotted it .. yes I'm naughty and did pick it off a few times but this time it seemed to have gotten a little bit bigger. Black dot, shiny type head. Any suggestions? I'd love to post a pic but not sure how xxx

It could be. If you drink more and eat more fibre, that should help with the constipation. There are also various laxatives you could try. These links may help:

Not too clear from your photo but black spots on your back can be
1] Blocked sebaceous gland. If this is the case your fiance should be able to gently squeeze out the black core. They often do recur, bacause they refill with sebum and can be removed by either your doctor or dermatologist. More common in darker skinned people.
2] An ordinary slightly raised black mole. dont pick at it. It wont go away and may bleed a lot.
3] A black "spot" with a ragged edge or a lumpy appearance may be pre cancerous.
To be sure which one it is,it would be best to visit your doctor. They are always being asked to look at spots and moles and he/she wont mind at all.
If you are a sun worshiper then make sure you use lots of sun cream with a fairly high SPF
