What is this?? is it just a skin condition?

I'm a little bit stressed because i just saw this on my penis. please help

i dont have any pain urinating whatsoever, my penis doesnt hurt or itch

    As Kim states you have two things here: the ones on the rim / corona of the head of your penis are completely natural PPP, the photos are not too clear, but photo one suggests there is an issue with the skin at the top of the shaft of your penis.

    If you are sexually active, particularly if you do not use protection, get a doctor to check this, or go to any sexual health service, the other possibility, as you mention, is that it is a skin issue - but you still need to be checked by a medical professional whichever is the case.

    ... essentially, for someone looking at the photos we are dealing with 'might be's' and could be's - it all depends what the circumstances were that caused he irritation at the top of the shaft of your penis. To some extent this can be down to the way your circumcision was done and damage to skin tissue at that time, subsequently in recent times the skin has become irritated, It ALL depends on what the source of the irritation was.
