What is this lump/bump at the bottom of my penis glans?

It's kinda hard and does not cause any pain or sores. I first noticed the lump/bump around 2 months ago. What could it be? Is it harmless?

What this can be is a Penile Cyst, or it could be a hair follicle or a skin pore that has become blocked.

In terms of the possibility of it being a cyst, these are often caused by forceful pressure being applied in the surrounding area to where the cyst has appeared. This can be caused from anything as diverse as rough sex play, forceful masturbation, placing a restriction band on the penis to maintain an erection, through the use of a penis pump or developer, or through the practice of 'natural' penis enlargement.

Should it be a cyst it will probably just dissapear after another 4 to 8 months without you needing to do anything about it.

As with anything like this that appears anywhere on the body, keep an eye on it for changes - particularly if it starts to look worse in any way to what it looks like now, and if course, seek professional medical advice should you become worried about it.
