    Hi, this looks like a fungal infection : candida or intertrigo. You should ask your pharmacist for advice if you should use OTC ointment or see a doctor for a stronger treatment.

    hello thankyou so much for responding, erm its like friction burn very sore i don't know how herpes first start out thats why I'm worrying dose this look nothing like that ?
