I noticed these Monday night. I was wearing a veryyyyy tight thong and ended up in pain that day, but when i took it off I was still hurting. I ended up seeing those. They hurt horribly all day everyday. I had sex almost a week ago and that is also scaring me. But i didnt notice anything until i wore the thong. I am trying to get tested.
