What is this white/green bump on my penis. It feels very hard to the touch like a bone. No pain

there is no pain at all in that spot

I was edging for a while six hours of edging for 3 days then i go to sleep without ejaculating

on the 2nd or 3rd day is when this spot appeared

i hope it isn't cancer

      I don't think it's cancer. Check with your primary care doctor, they should know what it is.

    i think it's an allergic reaction to what lubricant you're using to jack your penis off with. you must be a teen because nobody who works has time to play with themselves for six hours so tell your mom to make an appointment with the dermatologist. it's not cancer....
