What is wrong with my vagina?!

First of all I’m so sorry for the disgusting pictures, I’m on my period.

Well I had unprotected sex for the first time about a month and a half ago, took plan B, it gave me a yeast infection I think. Thing is I noticed this weird bumps in my vaginal opening (3 weeks ago maybe) and now these white spots inside my vagina. I seriously have no idea what’s normal anymore, I had never looked down there before so yeah everything I find scares me. My vag is such a mystery to me tbh please tell me what you think.

Those bumps are perfectly normal and harmless. Do not try to remove them or put any home treatments on them. Many women have them but often only spot them when they examine themselves closely because they hey have an infection, but the bumps are unrelated to the infection. They are called Vestibular Papillomatosis - google them. They are a benign form of tumour and they don’t need treatment because they are harmless and cannot be spread or caught by sexual intercourse. Men get them too, around the head of the penis called pearly papules.
