What's going on with good old AF...

So back in October myself and hubby had sex right around my ovulation time. About a week later I had what I thought was implantation bleeding followed by sickness strong sense of smell etc.. however this soon disappeared. I had about a week later a very light period lightest I have ever had but a negative pregnancy test. December period arrives and it's still very light more like spotting for a week. Not even enough to fill a tampon. However still a negative test. January AF arrived on time however it's the lightest period I have ever had. It's only really when I wipe and again is more like spotting. I have no idea what's going on. Can anyone give me advice?
