What’s this in mouth ??? Urgent need a specialist!

theirs so much going on in this picture i have tested for all standard stds all negative encluding hiv up to 5month plus and Im waiting for epstein bar and mono results sometime this week but what else could it be???? is it hpv my doctors say no but could they be wrong theirs so much happening here and that lump under my tongue has just apeared any questions feel free to ask thank you would b much apriecated

    image btw back of throat this is most recent one some pictures are taken on diff cameras e.g front camera and back camera so some spots that are on left on some pics might be on right on others

    The first photo looks like an oral lesion .

    I suggest you call an Ear Nose & Throat specialist, also called an otolaryngologist and when making then booking ask if he/she treats oral lesions. They mostly treat throat lesions but some may treat the mouth as well. If so, go and ask him to look at it. He will be able to advise what it is and how to get rid of it.
