i have abdominal pain when im peeing but really when im finishing peeing but once i wipe its a little blood "pink looking" and in the toilet itll be a little string of blood .. what could this mean

Hi Brittany. If you don't have any visible sores or rashes it could just be a UTI. You would have to see your practitioner and they will do a urine test. If positive they will give you antibiotics. I hope this helps.

Oh, this looks like a bad UTI. I had these exact symptoms when I was pregnant with my oldest. I had a wicked UTI and I was passing blood clots. You have to see a doctor soon, especially if there is pain and/or fever. These UTI's are terrible. Again, it could be a whole other can of worms if you have any sores on or around your genitals/ buttocks, so please keep me posted ok? I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!
