Sorry to keep posting but I have so many questions.
whilst you were n recovery what shoes do you wear. Before the op I wore pronation support trainers, they have a built up bit on the inside middle of the shoe to stop your foot from turning inwards. I'm not sure now if this is helping as my foot is turning outwards.
Does anyone else have experience of shoes that worked well for them

I now buy them from eBay. Lots of people don't really give them a chance, or think they are ugly, and sell them straight on.
MBT stands for Masai Barefoot Technology and the shoes were invented by a Swiss engineer called Karl Müller in the early 1990s. He noticed, on a visit to Korea, that walking barefoot over some soft paddy fields alleviated his back, knee and Achilles tendon problems.

As far as I am concerned, If you have the tell tale scar on your knee you can wear what ever you like where ever you are.
