What STI or infection is this?

I have been sleeping with the same girl for just over a month. Both never had symptoms or history of any STI. The girl has had a history of UTIs. Eight days ago she developed symptoms of small blisters that looked like ingrown hair. She it then progressed into groin pain, tenderness, and itchiness. Approximately four days later, I noticed the same white bumps, thinking it was ingrown hairs as well. She was given multiple medications (antibiotic, antifungal, and herpes) five days after initial symptoms and after three days, she has seen steady improvement.

My symptoms rapidly worsened over a 36 hour period. Due to my job, I was outside in hot and wet weather. As soon as I resumed normal clean hygiene, the symptoms lessoned. Can anyone tell me if this is herpes or something like a male yeast infection (Candida balanitis)?image

    Looks like herpes, talk to your gp to be sure and get tested in about 3 months igg blood test
