i think its been here forever but idk, i just popped something around my foreskin and it hurt and something black came out, sorry, ever since i popped that thing it kinda hurts touching in that area

When you say something black came out, did it remain in place or fall out / disappear? What is likely that you have / had is an ingrown hair and by popping you have either released it from the natural position to the normal - and yes, there are hair follicles that high up the shaft of the penis.
Some men get these quite regularly and do minor surgery on themselves to sort these out - not something I would recommend.
For things like this I use liquid antiseptic (such as TCP if you are in the UK) and dab a tiny bit on 2 or 3 times a day. TCP smells foul, but it sure does the job - avoid scratching or otherwise aggravating them ....

well it was like a black mole not that big but it sting when i squeezed it and something mooshy came out and it was black, wasnt a liquid, kinda hard but thats really it, could it be a std?

Can you get your hands on some liquid antiseptic and apply it for a couple of days to where this has happened?!

yea they been here for a while but i just got scared thinking they were here before hand and i still dont know what that pimple couldve been but overall it stopped hurting and i feel good

Sounds like you have something weird going on - so lets look for something diverse that you may have going on ...
You live in the UK? You don't do something like overseas voluntary work, or otherwise spend time in an African country, or some where like that?
I still think you need to get a Medical Professional to check you out .....

You really need the opinion of a Medical Professional - if access to services is difficult for you, ask around as to how you can get checked-out at a trustworthy medical service ......
