Jovan, what I need to know is your age? Are you sexually active? If you are sexually active how long ago did you first have sex?

Are you able to get Professional Medical help from a Doctor, or, perhaps you are able to go to a Sexual Health Center that you can travel to?

This is not an urgent issue but you should not have sex with anyone unless you are using a condom .....

So, obviously, we can rule out anything sexually related if you have not had any sexual contact. This does look unusual but can have been caused by the way your penis has developed.

When did it first look like this, can you remember how long ago you first noticed this?

If you wanted to get this checked you would need to see a Doctor who may then refer you to a specialist. Is accessing a Doctor something you can easily arrange?

Are you able to expose the whole head / glans of your penis?

What you will need to be careful with is keeping this area clean and hygienic. You should wash the tip of your penis as often as you can. If you have medicated soap in the house you can use this to very carefully clean the tip area of your penis, but be sure to rinse the soap away with plenty of water. The best time to do this is when you take a shower use the soap, then plenty water to wash away any trace of the soap from the skin of your penis.

When you are not at home, you can use a clean tissue or toilet paper to clean the area, again, carefully, so as not to iritate the very tip of your penis.

You do not need to seek medical help for this, only do mention it to a Doctor if you are given a full medical check - by carefully cleaning the area on a regular basis you should avoid any irritation to the skin .....

Thanks, from the photo I thought that would be the case for you.

What you may need to do at sometime in your Adult life is to gain the benefit of seeing a Urologist - in the next few years you may find out how you can go along to one in the area in which you live. So, if you here of any other males seeing one, find out how they did this and where did they go for this ...

As I say, at the moment you do not need to do anything about this, but it is possible that in the future you may get other issues associated with this - so if you happen to hear about how to access a urologist that could be useful for you to know in the years ahead of you .....

I agree with Wee Dugi , you should see an urologist. What you have may be caused by phimosis. Phimosis may be serious when left untreated. Your foreskin may have trapped some bacterias.

You should see an urologist so that he can help you expose your glans completely and have a better hygiene when you wash your penis.
