when might i get my period after a rectocele repair?

Can anyone post rrepair tell me when and if their periods returned to normal?

    Mine came 2weeks after my op. I had just started to stop bleeding from op then my period started at first i panicked as i thought something was wrong rolleyes

      Thanks for your reply.  Body feels as though it should be happening now so maybe any day soin. Did  your periods return to pretty much the same as before the op? How long ago did you have the op? Were you constantly tired?  Thanks

      Mine used to be heavy and irregular, but since the period after my op I seem to have got regular and bit lighter, I got my op on 24th Oct, got my period on 7th Nov and I swear I can feel the next one brewing.

      I was tired first couple weeks but once the pain eased I have felt much better. Not fit for big walks or anything like that but energy levels are somewhat normal

    Hi, technically what you have had done has nothing to do with your periods. I guess it's just your system is upset , I would have thought that will soon get back into rhythm assuming you were fairly regular before. Have you looked on line.
