White bump on penis frenulum, unsure what it could be

Hi all, I have a small white bump on the frenulum on my penis, over the last few weeks I have had a few very minor small tears in the frenulum but they have healed leaving this small bump. It doesn’t hurt or itch and doesn’t seem to be getting any bigger. Any ideas?

    Could be pearly penile papules, difficult to tell. If you are tearing your frenulum you need to hold back and wait to do anything in order to heal. If your washing with soap you should not be at all as it can cause this. Only wash with water and rub the surface with clean hands, preferably under running water.

      I do have penile papules around the head, I wonder if the broken skin caused them to maybe grow there?
