White bumps/spots on foreskin please help!

please help ive had these bumps/spots on my foreskin and pubic area for around a month now, it started as one but theres a couple now. they dont hurt.. but im just really worried.

      are you sexually active?

      the bumps look like a few things

      skintags, pearly papules, fordsyce spots and warts

      yes im sexually active, im pretty worried about it. what would you say they most likely are?
