19 year old male.
For the past few weeks, whenever I have urinated there has been a white powdery discharge mixed with the urine, almost like crystals. Note, that this happens around 1 in 3 times I urinate, the other 2 times are perfectly normal.
Plus, when this discharge comes out, my urethra aches for around 10 minutes, but not putting me in any pain. More just an uncomfortable feeling.
Any thoughts? Cheers.

There are a few things that could cause it, but I'd see a doctor about having a urinalysis done, and also start drinking more. Drinking more water is best, but tea, coffee or beer would also help. Crystals in urine can be a warning sign for lots of things, including kidney stones, gout, and urinary tract infections.
You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details. It may help if you can take a recent sample along showing the discharge.
If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated. Good luck.

ml66uk invariably gives good advice. I'd just add that it's probably a good thing your body is able to expel these unwanted substances, and it's a good sign that you are not getting too much pain. Passing things like kidney stones can sometimes be very painful. If you can work out a way of washing and filtering the powdery 'crystals' I imagine that might be useful for your doctor to examine (in case you don't pass more).
