White spot in my mouth, PLEASE HELP!!

I spotted this white spot in my mouth for 2 weeks i didn't feel anything about it, no pain or itchy, first few day when I lick it I feel it have a little bit sour but no more in next few day, I thought it was canker sore and it will gone but I'm not sure it just been there for 2 week now and it still didn't go away. I just search on the internet and i see oral cancer and hpv wart also have the similar symptoms. I never smoke or had sex before and I also rarely drink alcohol. I'm really panicking and worried right now

Can some one please tell me what it could be please! I would be very appreciate!
