A couple of weeks back me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex which i know was wrong and i put him at a very high risk but it was the spear of the moment type of thing then the next day we did it again but i told him i think we should use a condom after that like two maybe three days later i had a outbreak and i got a yeast infection and started my period a week after all that ( because of birth control that was my frist period in 5 month's ) is it normal to have outbreaks after you have sex and should i look to see if im allergic to latex because i only get outbreaks after sex with a condom on and im on a ddaily medication

    Kaydence,

I have had this since July and took daily meds for 6 months. I have not had sex since then, so I cannot speak on that, but I can tell you, I've had obs on daily meds and daily symptoms. I also am allergic to latex condoms and would have yeast infections from them. You need to get the non-latex condoms, they're just as effective as latex. Also, you need to take a good daily probiotic. Your pH balance is off balance and 70% of our immune system is in our gut. I feel what has allowed MW to quit my meds, was taking daily multivitamin, extra zinc and vitamin c, but the major change for me where my symptoms were barely noticeable, was the probiotic.

Sex can trigger obs for some people, especially I'd vigorous. I break out every period . right before and while I'm on it.
